It does not surprise me when people take what he says out of context. Head Start along with many programs are not mandated by the Constitution. The is pure and simple. Some programs are good, some are bad. But it is NOT the Government (which is you the taxpayer) job to fund all of these programs. I agree with many of his thoughts. Such as the FEDERAL Department of Education. That needs to be CLOSED. If each State wants to have their own Dept of Education, then so be it. We as a people are so over regulated that businesses can’t grown as much as they might otherwise be able to. This mess did not happen overnight and will not be able to be fixed overnight. KRS
